Short-term Let Management
We will manage every aspect of your short-term let on your behalf. We can support you on the entire journey, from applying for a licence through to the regular optimisation of your listing when live.
All aspects of short-term let management are covered, including but not limited to cleaning, hotel quality linens, welcome gifts, guest information booklet and guest communications. We will regularly audit the cleanliness of your property and provide you with a monthly performance report.
In addition, we will apply our dynamic pricing software to your property to ensure you always have the best combination of occupancy and nightly rate within the pricing parameters we agree with you.
Be involved as much or as little as you desire with your property; we can tailor our service to meet your needs.
Full management service as described for 14-16% of the net host payout, + cleaning fee (starting at 69.50).

ON-DEMAND GUEST CHANGEOVER / HOLIDAY COVER
You may be successfully managing your short-term let yourself, or perhaps you are only listing it when you are travelling for work or pleasure. We can help you here too!
Everyone deserves a break, and managing a short-term let is hard work!
We can temporarily take over the management of your short-term let on a short-term basis to give you a break. We agree on a start date and an end date for our coverage with you, during this time, we manage cleaning, provide hotel quality linens and welcome gifts while importantly dealing with all guest communication. You can even temporarily log out of the app if you really want a break!
You can arrange this cover as often as you require, we only require one week's notice to help with your changeovers. We’ll look after your place to the same high standard as you do yourself.
We price this service on a per changeover basis, charging £145 per changeover, including cleaning, linens and all guest messaging as described.

PROPERTY CARETAKING
If you are travelling regularly and want someone to pop into your property to check everything is in order, we can help. Let us know how often you want us to check on your property and what you want us to check. We’ll make sure all is in order with your property, giving you peace of mind while travelling.
We’ll send you confirmation messages after every visit or leave you to your travels with no interrupting messages, whatever you prefer! In the unlikely event that there is an issue while you’re away, we’ll get one of our trusted trades in to rectify it quickly and economically.
